Seymour schools consider tablet computers for each student



Seymour Community Schools may introduce a 1:1 Technology Initiative in the fall in which all students would be issued a tablet computer.

The program could be a path toward eliminating traditional textbooks.

The plan hinges on whether the district can borrow money through a loan from the state’s Common School Fund.
