The relationship with teammates and the adrenaline while playing have always drawn Cody Campbell to football.

“It’s an amazing sport,” the Seymour High School senior said. “There’s nothing like it.”

Campbell also played basketball and competed in track and field throughout the years, but when thinking about continuing with a sport in college, football was at the forefront.

“I’ve always been a fan of watching college football, and I was always kind of drawn to it,” he said. “It’s been kind of a dream for years.”

Campbell expressed interest in several colleges, but once he visited DePauw University in Greencastle, he was hooked. Surrounded by his high school teammates and coaches and his family, he recently signed his letter of intent to play at the NCAA Division III school, starting in the fall.
