Seymour senior once again named county’s best golfer

In an 18-hole round, any golfer would be happy to break 80 on a consistent basis. But it’s not easy.

This fall, though, Seymour High School senior Paxton DeHaven made it look easy.

In 18-hole tournaments, DeHaven’s scores ranged from 65 to 79, and she was medalist three times. In her four nine-hole rounds, she shot between 33 and 37 and was medalist three times.
