Seymour woman named to Purdue energy academy panel

Nancy Franke of Seymour recently was named to serve on the Advisory Council of Purdue University’s Energy Academy by Purdue University Discovery Park Research and sponsor, Duke Energy.

The council is composed of representatives from Purdue Energy Center, selected Purdue faculty, representatives from the U.S. Department of Energy, and sponsors and past participants of the academy, according to a news release.

Franke serves on the Seymour Community School Corp. Board of Trustees and is an educator at St. Peter’s Lutheran School in Columbus.
