County talking over Brownstown animal center


For the second time in a month, Jackson County commissioners delayed a decision on a project to build an animal shelter for as many as 200 dogs.

That decision, however, likely will be made during the commissioners’ meeting at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 15 at the courthouse annex.
