Shields House will host the Seymour High School girls basketball team and coaches as part of a breast cancer awareness and fundraiser.
The team will visit with the home’s residents at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
The Flip-Flops for Breast Cancer Awareness theme allows visitors and residents to vote by pledging money on which pair of decorated flip flops they like best. The flip-fops will be decorated by the basketball team, and the money raised will go to the Schneck Foundation in support of cancer research.
