Shoes, socks provided for area children

Forty-two Brownstown Elementary School students received new shoes and socks through “Warm Hearts, Warm Toes.”

Becca Hattabaugh, her daughter, Brookelyn Hattabaugh, and her mother, Becky Wilson, organized the program on Nov. 4, working in with school guidance counselor Jill Miller, according to a news release.

The Hattabaughs and Wilson are members of Our Lady of Providence Catholic Church in Brownstown.
