Registration forms for the 2012 Seymour Oktoberfest baby contest at 9:30 a.m. Saturday on the north stage are available.

Entry forms and a listing of age groups from newborn to 3 years old are available at City Hall or online at www.seymouroktoberfest.com. There is a separate category for twins.

Completed forms may be returned by mail or by registering at the festival from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday or from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday.

The cost is $5 per entry. Twins count as one entry for $5.

No registration will be accepted on Saturday.

The contest is sponsored by the Jackson Park Physicians Relay for Life Team with proceeds going to American Cancer Society of Jackson County.
