State Road 11 opens south of Columbus

State Road 11 at Garden City is now open, said Lt. Matt Myers, spokesman for the Columbus Police Department.

The road was closed Tuesday because of flooding.

In Jackson County, State Road 235 remained closed between Medora and Vallonia and State Road 258 remained closed between Seymour and Cortland, according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Department.
