Rachel Collier’s fourth-grade class handed Glenda Ritz, superintendent of public instruction, an orange, handmade card Friday, signed on all sides with student signatures.

“We love MyON Reader,” said Collier, a teacher at Crothersville Elementary School who uses the program in her classroom.
