Suspect still being sought in Jackson County stabbing incident

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department continues searching for a possible suspect in connection with the stabbing of a rural Jackson County man.

Detectives also planned to question a potential witness to the incident late Monday, which left the 41-year-old Norman resident with stab wounds, Sheriff Michael Carothers said.

“We’re going to go out and interview someone who may have seen or at least heard what happened,” Carothers said Wednesday.
