For many, August means the end of summer vacations and getting into the routine of going back to school. You may find schedules getting tighter during this time as summer hiatus comes to a close and other activities get started.

Often when life gets busy, we tend to use this as an excuse to put healthy habits on the back burner.

But, really, we should do the opposite, as we are pulled in many different directions with work, school, family and social obligations. Taking time to take care of yourself and your family’s health is important for your to-do list.
