Take flight with RC plane air show

Southern Indiana Flying Eagles’ second free aircraft show — featuring radio-controlled planes and helicopters and drones — will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 28 at Freeman Field.

There will be flying demonstrations, an exhibitor area for aviation-related organizations and vendors and static displays of small and large airplanes during the event that’s free and open to the public. A free mass flight launch will be conducted at noon for everyone — including the public — for prizes.
