Trial dates set for pair charged with robbery

Tribune staff reports

Two people accused of robbing and battering a rural Seymour man outside his home earlier this month face December trial dates.

Erin Arnholt, 31, of Seymour and Michael Wayne Graham, 39, of Noblesville are being held on $100,005 bonds at the Jackson County Jail in connection with the incident.

Both Arnholt and Graham, a former resident of Jackson County, have been arrested on Jackson Circuit Court warrants for armed robbery, battery by means of a deadly weapon and battery with moderate bodily injury. Graham also was arrested on Indiana and Tennessee warrants for parole violation, according to a news release from Sheriff Michael Carothers.
