Trinity Lutheran auction nets more than $200,000

Trinity Lutheran conducted its 11th annual auction Feb. 22 at the Clarion Hotel in Columbus with more than 570 guests and 70 volunteers attending.

This year’s auction raised $238,000, breaking last year’s record by $9,000, said Michael Bridges, director of development at Trinity.

The first $130,000 raised was designated for tuition assistance. Last year’s tuition assistance of $130,000 helped more than 70 families.
