Trinity Lutheran High School in Seymour will offer Project Lead the Way starting this fall.
The program gives students an introduction to the field of engineering to help prepare them for a variety of science, technology, engineering and math-based careers, also called STEM, and has been successful at both Seymour High School and Brownstown Central High School over the years.
Joe Otte of Columbus will lead the program. The 1997 graduate of Seymour High School has engineering experience with NTN Driveshaft in Walesboro, Rolls-Royce and most recently with Cummins Inc.
He received his teaching license in 2011.
