United Way names board members, leaders



Jackson County United Way announced its new board members and leadership at their monthly board meeting in February.

“We are excited to announce our new leadership this year,” said Tonja Couch, United Way executive director. “The new additions to our board bring varied experiences with United Way and Jackson County that will help us figure out how to best connect with and serve our community.”

Filling open positions for three-year terms from 2014-17 are Missy Bane, advertising director for The Tribune; Lisa Burbrink, human resources associate with Pet Supplies Plus; Lisa Eagans, Schneck Medical Center’s director of Women and Children; Greg Fillenwarth, nurse practitioner with For Your Health Clinic and SIHO; Jeff Hubbard, human resources director for Jackson County government; and Dr. Nate Otte of Dr. Nate Optometrist.
