Versatile senior guard works hard to help Braves get wins

BROWNSTOWN

When Brownstown Central High School senior Presley Dmitriev goes into a basketball game, she said she tries to accomplish a lot of things.

“When I go in, I try to provide a spark, and I handle the ball,” she said. “I make smart passes, and I try to be talkative and let my team know where everybody’s at. I call out screens and that kind of thing.”

Dmitriev has played in the backcourt as both a ball-handler and a shooting guard.
