Victory Field Challenge puts Seymour players to test

It all came down to the cookies.

After a week of competing in the weight room and on the field as part of the Victory Field Challenge, 41 Seymour High School baseball players wrapped it up with an obstacle course. Two teams wound up in a tie for points on the week, so it was broken by the top seller of a cookie fundraiser.

The team of senior Jeremiah Tracey, juniors Logan French and Peter Duncan, sophomore Tristan Sitterding and freshmen Gavin Knutson, Ryan Wieneke and Chandler Phelps was declared the winner.
