What is your workout schedule?

I manage a SNAP Fitness Club in Seymour. I am a certified personal trainer, Zumba and Piloxing instructor, so my workout schedule varies. I normally like to get my workout done in the morning. You feel energized and ready to start your day off right.

What is your favorite workout to do?

I am addicted to the BOSU ball (Both Sides Up). The BOSU ball is great for core strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
