Winter weather makeup: Longer days at Crothersville

Officials at Crothersville Community Schools have decided to use three non-scheduled days in the spring and extend the school day by an hour — beginning Monday — to make up missed days because of winter weather.

Superintendent Terry Goodin on Thursday outlined the changes that will be coming to the school calendar for the remainder of the school year.

The changes will not affect graduation, which is planned for May 23, or spring break, set for March 24 to 28.
