All lanes of traffic on Interstate 65 south of Seymour are open.

One southbound lane had remained closed until around 1:40 p.m. Thursday while cleanup of a wreck took place, the Indiana State Police said.

At around 4:30 a.m. Thursday, a semi overturned on I-65 southbound near the 38-mile marker or three miles south of the Uniontown exit.

Traffic was detoured from southbound I-65 at exit 41 on U.S. 31. Southbound traffic could re-enter I-65 at Crothersville.

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash.
