NORTH VERNON

For the second straight week, on Friday, the Brownstown Central football team ran through a scrimmage.

In the most recent one, the Braves got to face a live opponent as they traveled to North Vernon to face Jennings County in a controlled scrimmage.

The Panthers were on offense first. They had 15 chances to score from their own 35-yard line, but the Braves defense held its own and recovered one fumble.
